Installation Manual for Georgia Standard SARB
(Standard Amber/Red Bus Light)

  1. Black wire to bus ground.
  2. Red wire to red eight ways.  Attach to stop arm on output side of Weldon flasher unit.  (Constant 12 volt)
  3. Orange wire to Yellow 8 ways.  Attach to the constant or incoming 12 volt side of the Weldon flasher  (master switch) or whatever activates the yellow 8 ways.  NOTE:  Must have a constant 12 volts that activates the    yellow 8 ways, not a pulsing voltage.
  4. Blue wire to yellow hazard lights.  Attach to hazard switch in cab before flasher unit.  NOTE:  Must have constant 12 volts, not a pulsing voltage.
  5. Mount 600 SARB in area between bottom of rear door and top of bumper or on the door, if at all possible.  Use ¼ inch bolts. 
  6. Drill hole for wire at convenient location and use rubber grommet on sheet metal to avoid wire damage. 
  7. Use RTV or similar product around the hole for the wire and around the grommet for additional security.
